Shipping Information
At elliotdepot.com, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. For your convenience, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). We ship to U.S. addresses only. If the shipping address is a P.O. Box, APO, FPO, rural address, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico your order will ship via United States Postal Service. Also, the Estimated Shipping Charges are provided in your cart. Shipping Charges and Transit times will be calculated factoring in destination, weight and size of items.

2. How are my shipping charges calculated?
All shipping methods including Standard, Expedited, and 2nd Day Service are calculated based on weight and destination. See the chart below for approximate base level shipping costs. Actual shipping costs can be viewed in your cart during checkout.

APO, FPO address & International Delivery
If you live outside the United States and would like to place an order for delivery to international destination or APO, FPO address, U.S. Territories, we would be happy to assist you. Please call 310.806.3765 or contact us for a quote and to place your order.
Return Policy
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price with their original condition.
All returns must be authorized by elliotdepot, with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns without RMA form will be denied. Please make sure to obtain and include it in the return package and be informed that Shipping Fees are not refundable.
If you need to return item(s), please call Customer Service at 310.806.3765 or write us an e-mail by clicking support@elliotdepot.com. and provide the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
Elliotdepot will NOT accept any incomplete returns. Open box retail packaged products and used products in unacceptable condition cannot be returned.
All products that are in their original packaging condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. You are entitled to 100% refund of goods purchased if elliotdepot is at fault for the return. To obtain a refund/exchange, the return product must contain all manuals, blank registration cards, accessories, and packaging materials as in the original packaging. The equipment must not be damaged in any way. All returned products claimed defective will be inspected for verification. If found to be non-defective, we may ship back to the customer at their own expense and may charge a diagnostic fee.
Refunds are issued to credit card. Please note that refunds on returns are given when only when the merchandise shipped back is received and found to be in acceptable condition. Return shipping will be paid by buyer.
